Rubber Insulated Welding Cables
Rubber Insulated Welding Cables is a highly conductive connecting medium which is used to make a highly reliable and thermal resistant connection in between the power transformer and the welding torch. It is made up by using premium quality copper which offers very less resistance to the charge flowing through it to prevent the losses and also minimizes heat generation which ensures longer service life. It is available in various different designs with a single, double and multiple wires.
Key Features:
- Alternative of Black, red, yellow or Orange jacket, double and single and twofold protected.
- Accessible in SQ MM extents (European fashion) 1 sq mm to 240 sq mm as well as AWG extents (North American fashion) 14 AWG to 500 MCM.
- With serial foot and meter stamping.
- Different voltage grading for various markets: 450/750 V, 650/1100 V, 3000 V, 600 V, 600/1000 V.
- Matching to global Standards IS 694, IEC 60227, VDE 0282, UL 83, AS 3191, AS/NZS 5000.1, BS 6500, DIN VDE 0281, BS 6007, SABS 1574.
- Accessible in broad temperature gamut: - 50oC to 105oC.
- Obtainable with ROHS PVC for the purpose of drinking water pump.
- Adaptable and strong cable with incredible safe to oil, solvents, chemicals, cuts, abrasion tears, ozone, climate and grease.
- For auxiliary connection from soldering machine to cathode holder for automatic or manual metal-circular segment soldering in machine motor and tool car making, on assembly lines, for spot soldering machines and ship building.
- Additionally appropriate for energy supply uses not surpassing 600 Volt AC for hefty duty convenient supply in wet, oil and dry condition like connection of generators, return/earthing, motors, transformers. energy feeds to electrolytic plating procedure, aircraft servicing instruments, bus bar connection, cranes, internal wiring, hoists, switch gear wiring or open jumper metals in limited entrance zones demanding adaptable connections and so on.
- Conductor : High immaculateness electrolytic class brilliant tempered adaptable grouped bare, copper conduit as per global guidelines like IS-8130, BS-6360, IEC-228 & VDE-0295.
- Jacket/Sheath: Water and oil safe hefty duty Elastomer chemical of orange, yellow, black or red color (double and single insulated)
